Just finished my grocery shopping with my two small boys when this monsoon of a rainstorm started. Not surprisingly, staff sprung into action providing umbrellas, ponchos, and help loading groceries into vehicles. While many of us, myself included, decided to wait a bit before leaving, they were quick with friendly smiles, small talk, jokes for my children, and an amazingly positive attitude. Usually love this location. However, don't roll your eyes, question a customer and then explain to them that they can only order seafood by the pound. Seems quite trivial, but when your staff insults a person in front of their kids and continues to carry an attitude, no thanks! Sticking to Gaffs for meat and seafood.
Always such great customer service! I absolutely love love love this store! I switched from the “Walmart “ down the road in Port Orange and I’m so thankful I did. It mostly ends up being a teeny bit over or a little under when we check out. Walmart has been horrible to shop at... it’s gotten overpopulated and ridiculous when trying to check out... anyways I love love love Publix neat my House, the are literally 3 minutes away! And such a pleasure!! ❤️😘😁
I like this Publix but will love it when the deli going to have vegan mayo and cheese options!!
