I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at the Publix bakery. The manager, April, was extremely disrespectful and condescending when I came in to order my wedding cake. She made insulting assumptions about my ability to afford a $75 cake and even suggested I pay upfront “because clearly I couldn’t afford it.” As someone who has purchased over 20 cakes from Publix, I was shocked and humiliated by this behavior. Chris from (farmacy) went above and beyond helping to get my prescription approved. He is the only person that was willing to help , with the extra process for some manufacturer coupon.
