Tonight, I walked in Publix on County Line Rd. at 6:55 — five minutes before they close. I expected them to be really irritated with me; instead, the produce manager went to the back to get me some cabbage, and 2 workers asked if they could help me. Then as I checked out, the cashier, bagger, and both managers told me, “Merry Christmas.” We often go to social media to complain about service, so I wanted to give a shout out to them for having superb best customer service every time I go there.
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this location! The staff is always pleasant & helpful, the store is always clean & the selection is fantastic. Keep up the great work!
Publix recently discontinued their senior discount. Doesn't seem as if they care if we seniors continue to shop there.
The regular staff is innocent but the publix's ceo is holding us down on purpose, VOTE WITH YOUR $$$.
