Extremely busy avoid if at all possible
I don’t go here often but we went over to get a cake for a relative birthday. I’m not usually picky but the options were a little limited. We ended on a chocolate ganache cake and the people did say it was a little too sweet. Later we found a hair in one of the slices of the kids’ plate, It was a long black straight hair and we were a little put off considering we paid 27 for it. You can barely see the hair but it’s a little more visible if you zoom in.
They messed up most of the Instacart pick up orders I made. There were either items missing or once they gave me part of someone else's order. It's not Instacart because I have successfully used them for other stores, it's this Publix itself that messes up bringing out the groceries. I suppose it's fine if you do your own shopping. They need to stop using Instacart if they aren't going to try to do better.
