Everyone knows I just looooove Publix. After today, the Publix on campus will never see me again!!! This old man in the meat department literally stopped what he was doing to watch me, what I put in my basket, and all. I looked both ways to see where he was to ask a question about some product they did not have on the floor and he was standing behind me watching. I walked down toward the chicken and he still followed me. I walked back towards the beef and there he was, STILL WATCHING.
Love Publix for the most part, but for some reason this employee in the packaged produce/fruit department seemed to be in a bad mood. Said employee wheeled out a cart of trays with fresh fruit. Not knowing it would be a problem, I picked one off the trays and put it in my cart. Employee gets quite upset and tells me don’t ever do that again because she will get in trouble. How about we Boycott this store for them being such parking nazis! They want us to come spend money but they tow our cars. Screw this company! We should boycott the hell out of them as students and alumni!!!
Very disappointed with the prices! I couldn't find anything remotely reasonable.
BEWARE!! A woman has been pickpocketing people at PUBLIX locations in Hueytown, McCalla, and she's the same one that hit a location in Tuscaloosa. She seems to know where cameras are working and where they are not! See my page for posts of all the victims!
