I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a wedding cake from the Publix University store. I paid for the cake on July 21 and specifically verified that it would be delivered to our wedding venue at 3:00 PM. I even had the bakery double-check the order, and I was assured 100% that everything was set. When the cake hadn't arrived by around 4:00-4:30 PM, we had to start calling to find out what had happened.
