This publix here where shopping its not a pleasure! I ordered a sub online for a 30 minute pick up, not only not to be ready but made wrong. Then spending another 15 minutes trying to get fix to make it all messy and gross. Huge chunks of chicken and squirting the mustard on top of the filling. I want my money back!
JOHN at the deli counter was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. "If you don't like it management is up front." So I talked to a guy who claimed to be a manager (Louis I think) who couldn't have cared less about the feedback from multiple angry customers in the sub sandwich line. There are so many bad reviews about the deli at this store....why would the store manager not do anything about it?!? I'll gladly make the drive to another Publix to avoid the rudeness by a few bad employees who should be managed better.

Michelle took the time to carefully review my dad’s medications, ensuring there were no potential drug interactions. Their diligence, patience, and willingness to answer all our questions gave us real peace of mind. It’s rare to find such helpful and compassionate service, and we are truly grateful.
