I normally go to another Publix but decided to go here today for some strawberries, this is the first time that I have been disappointed as when I looked at my strawberries they looked ok but when I got them home, over half of them were bad. Unfortunately I couldn't bring them back because I was in the middle of making a cake but I would recommend pulling them or doing a QC on them. Other than that the customer service is stellar.
It just does what any other store does, you can get food.
I shop at this Publix at least 2 times a week and I have never had a bad experience. The employees always go out of their way to help.
Would give it a 5 but the deli is skimpy with the wraps when you order online. I have to show up to the deli to make sure I get a decent sub or wrap
Punta Gorda location is much better. Cashier was nice though.
Kudos to Publix on Toledo Blade & Price I went grocery shopping for the first time In months so needed extra items .I get the counter the Manager Tony said go sit down ma'am I've got this unloaded my cart and asked if I needed someone to follow me home to unload groceries ... I have recently had A double Mastectomy... He made my day I'm extremely thankful
