Good grief, how hard is it to take expired food off the shelf? I was there to pick up a Rx yesterday. I bought my kids some donuts as a quick breakfast since my husband has the flu and I knew I'd be getting them ready by myself this morning. Well, this morning, I see that one pack of the donuts expired over a month ago. This has been consistently happening to me since this location opened. I think I will swap pharmacies and take my business elsewhere.
How come this location is always out of fresh items by 6:30 every day? Rotisserie chickens, some fresh breads, and some meats are gone by then... Even getting a deli sandwich is iffy after 6:45. I understand not making too much so that it does not go to waste, but but some people work during the day.
We had a wonderful experience at Publix Shoppes at Cary Creek today! We went to pick up our order of two birthday cookie cakes today only to find out they could not locate the order and didn't have the cookies. Tim and the other bakery staff jumped in quickly to fix the issue and made us two cute cakes worthy of a 10 year old twin birthday. When we checked the cakes and went to pay, Tim graciously gave us the cookies free of charge because of the mix up and the wait. This is customer service at it's finest. Everyone was super nice and friendly it was my first time in that store and it's a beautiful and very CLEAN store I love that and the customer service is excellent food was fresh deli was amazing there fried chicken is the best ever my only draw back is it's a little pricey it's not a store I would do my regular grocery shopping in on a weekly trip but to pop in every now and then and splurge i loved it
