This was my first and will be my last time shopping at Publix. The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. Every employee I encountered carried themselves as if they were forced to be there—no greetings, no engagement, and no sense of professionalism. My biggest concern, however, was a serious sanitation issue at the deli. I observed rack trays being placed directly on the same counter where sandwiches are prepared. An okay-ish grocery store. Good selection, nice baked goods and fresh fruit selection, but please read the EXPIRY DATES before buying, a lot of expired product on their shelves. Additionally, a lot of homeless people wandering outside the area which makes it a little unsafe.
