The layout of this Publix is my least favorite so far. Also, important to note that this Publix does not have self checkout.

Honestly I’ve never seen a slower Publix deli than the one on sugarloaf crossing. You put in an order ahead of time for it to be ready at the time YOU select. I always have hope it’ll be different every time I visit yet I’m met with dissatisfaction ever pickup. Not only that when you ask why your pick up is 20 past its pickup time 9/10 you’re met with attitude and poor service. Only 2 starts cause of the location.
