I think this store is amazing. The employees are always so friendly. Recently, I bought the wrong gas card and then asked in a publix couponing forum if they thought the store would exchange it for me. One of the people in the forum, Crystal Smith, is a Publix employee and she was extremely helpful. I was impressed that even in her own time, off the clock, she was courteous and helpful.
We called the floral department (last minute of course) told Ann how much we wanted to spend and she sent us out in 30 minutes with the most beautiful flower arrangement. Wish I could upload a picture here. Just beautiful, and as always customer service was top notch!
I am DISGUSTED by the managers that work at the Pell city location and how they treat pumping/nursing mommy employees. They are told they have to pump in the RESTROOM! How disgusting. I know they probably do not prepare food or would want to eat in the restroom! Just FYI to the management that work at this location: There are LAWS for pumping mommy employees that work for you or anywhere else. Yall really need to EDUCATE yourselves on this issue.
