Had the worst watermelon ever today
You have the nicest people working at this location., I spent many years in a similar industry. And it is very trying to have each employee happy , each and everyday. Very well done , to each of you at publix, God Bless
As I sit and eat lunch at another local establishment in pell city. A group of your management came in. The 4 of them bashed other employees continously the entire time they ate. Its horrifying to know that these people work for your business. Maybe they should remove the supplied nametags so your business isnt being drug thru the mud. Employees mind what you tell your managers,they are not your friends and air all your info
Service is unbelievable. They will do anything they can to help you find any products in the store. The staff is always happy and cheerful which I really appreciate.
Wednesday 10/19 I called a needed a meat and cheese tray. I spoke to a young man in the deli and he said they normally need a days notice. He asked when I needed mine. I told him about my sweet friends mother passing away that very morning and people were gathered at her house right now. He said "give me 30-45 minutes" in a state of rush and sorrow I didn't get his name. But he never once hesitated to help. Publix as always went above and beyond.
I always enjoy shopping at this Publix. Entire staff so helpful and friendly and store is always very clean. I feel like they appreciate me shopping there.
