Management is horrendous & furthermore obviously oblivious to their staffing, shelf life ,products etc.
Well I'm coming down there from up here in Illinois. I've been to Publix when I was on vacation. In Fort Myers it's a pretty nice store. So I'll be moving Dow to Hollywood Fl. And I'm getting a job there. I currently work up here at Jewel Osco. In Frankfort, Illinois. I've worked there for two years and four months. Best place to grocery shop! Friendly and helpful!
Publix in Clarksville (tiny town rd) must have changed their customer service policy. I went yesterday and I was treated very curtly by the Deli manager. I usually buy the 8 piece chicken it comes with 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs. I asked if I could get 6 drumsticks and 2 thighs. The clerk behind the counter said no problem, it would be the same price. I love Publix! The employees are always so nice and good selection of produce too!
Everytime I come here, the employees are so sweet! The store is always nice and clean. I can get in and out very quickly. It is by far the nicest and friendliest grocery store I have been to. You all are doing a superior job!
Publix is been a freaking week already since you guys dont have that product(Similicac Alimentum expert care) in stock. A WEEK?!?!?!?!I mean do you guys even check to see if something need to be restack or replenish??
