I was on the way to your store (I drive the extra miles because I love your brand of kitty litter) when I noticed my temperature gauge had hit the red line - I pulled over and waited a few minutes for the engine to cool down. This location is awesome. I've NEVER had a bad experience. 6 people asked me today if they could help me. The bagger pulled out an umbrella for me, as it was raining and made sure I was in my car ok. Shopping at Publix is like a vacation from every other store. I always end up annoyed and frustrated by the service, the product and the cleanliness of the stores. But not at Publix! Shopping there really is a pleasure!
I love Publix. However, I always seem to have the unfortunate luck of dealing with Ana one of their cashiers. She's always so rude, and never friendly. I get having an "off" day, but I've never had a positive encounter with her.

I love shopping at Publix. Not just because of the great sales, and the ease of using coupons, but because of the great people that work here. Everytime I go in here I am always made to feel as if I am the only person in the store and whatever I need will be done for me with a smile and cheerfulness.
