you know why I go to Publix? Customer service, main reason. Now, self checkouts, when I do go through full service lines I still have to bag my own groceries and NO one asks to help. complained at service desk, he said, sorry, after I waited for a manager to talk to, he never showed up. Maybe I'll try the other Publix, or Winn Dixie. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.Â
I feel sad for the nice people who work at this store! I ran in early this morning, double-masked and gloved. About 20% of customers were UN-masked, and 2 employees had their masks under their chins chit-chatting with customers! They removed the one-way directional arrows ages ago, and now part of the check-out shields are gone. They have one tiny square of plexi at check-out! I was sad that not all customers had masks on. It does not seem fair to your staff or to the rest of us who are trying to be safe. I believe that all Publix stores should make it mandatory.Â
I shop for Shipt and both guys I just asked for help with in the meat Dept were VERY condescending and treated me like an idiot. NOT APPRECIATED when I’m shopping for YOUR customers!Â

All the publix’s I have ever gone too are normally super friendly. The guy at customer completely ignored me and walked away. I said is anyone working here he turned like wait lady, no acknowledgment yet. Finally came back and gave me my tickets. This took place all before 8am. I don’t normally go to this Publix, I was shopping for my mom since has been looked up in her apartment, her only special request was EGGNOG , and you guessed it they didn’t have any.Â
Just finding stuff. Even though I had to ask a few people where stuff Is though lol.Â
Clean, friendly and helpful staff, efficient payment lanes good specials, quality products and employees. A welcoming environment even when extremely busy.Â
