I Absolutely Love Publix! The one @ Promenade in Madison is amazing. The people who work there always go above and beyond to help their customers. I wouldn't dream of shopping for my groceries anywhere else. :-)
I like all the Publix stores, but I do believe this one has the most helpful people working here. Store Manager Michael Forsythe your workers go out of their way to help me find things ( I wish I had gotten this young mans name). Your cashiers are so sweet and a manager named Shane was very helpful. Next time I will be sure to get the names. Just wanted you to know I love your people and your store.
Poor customer service department. The lady was very rude because she had to write out a rain check for me.
This Publix isn't quite as good as the one I work at BUT this store does ROCK the competition and is always well stocked, the staff is great with making sure I feel welcomed, even the ones that don't know I work Publix. Great job and keep up the great work !
