This is THE best Publix! The service is amazing, and even through all of this chaos, they continue to provide fast and friendly service. Will drive from Decatur to come here just because of how awesome the staff is! 😁

Picked up a BEAUTIFUL birthday cake today. Ordered it on line last week.
It was absolutely beautiful and just as tasty !! Bakery at Publix is the best! Not my first cake from Publix.

I love Publix! Always clean, neat and fully stocked! And they're the ONLY grocery store in Alabama that sells Breyers Butter Almond Ice Cream! I'm a New Yorker and I hadn't had Butter Almond Ice Cream since I left there many years ago. I was craving and missing my favorite Ice Cream and finally I got frustrated and Googled where it could be found. It was located at only ONE STORE in Alabama. PUBLIX!

I don't know what's happening with my wings today. I got the 20 pack from the deli and the first set was not even lukewarm. I contacted the store and they let me exchange them. The second set is hot but don't taste like the normally do. Is someone different cooking in the deli?

We are very disappointed in the meat dept lately. We have never been disappointed with any meat product until this last month. Usually love the stuffed flank steaks.....last 4 we have bought had hard fatty spots in them......Always love their ground chuck for grilling burgers. Bought 2 lbs on Fri., got the meat out to grill Sat afternoon.....the meat was gray all the way through, NOT just on top!!! Also, the smell was off! Bought 3 top sirloin steaks to grill.....had NO favor! ! What is going on with your meats??? Please bring back the quality of meats you are known for!

I was very disappointed in your bakery department yesterday. Was very excited when I was told that they would make us a smash cake for free with my birthday cake order. I asked for a naked cake with berries on top and Explained it to the girl who was writing the order. My husband brought home a white cake with what looked like a handful of smushed, old berries melted into the top of the cake. If I had been picking it up, I wouldn't have left without it fixed, but my husband never even looked at it. I really wish they would take more care in their cake presentations. This was a very special birthday, and I shouldn't have had to make do with that disaster.
