Usually a big fan of Publix but had a bad experience recently. Our family traditionally does a Beef Tenderloin for Christmas dinner. Spent over $200 on one at this location and had butcher prepare it for our dinner. Came home and started prepping it for tomorrow and was shocked to see that the butcher did NOT remove the "silver skin". This is such a basic thing to do for a butcher .... how can Publix have someone doing this who doesn't automatically remove it. Ugh.
