Waited over half am hour for subs we ordered online. I still love publix but we won't be returning to this one.

No matter how many times I've complained about the customer service to the manager or customer service manager, nothing changes.
I've been shopping here for years and the one thing I noticed are the feral kitties who have been well taken care of and how peaceful they are. I drive by them every time I shop and was excited to know public supported the feral program. It wasn't until today that I read that Publix has put a trespass against the rescue that cares for these kitties. They (the rescue) have been forced to ask the community for help and that is not ok.
