The staff here are very friendly. If there is a weak link in this chain, it would be the deli... but it's not entirely their fault. The chicken tender sub should not be offered... it takes entirely too long to make! It shows everything down.
My fav location. Great Employees. Love that this location has tattood employees and not just the typical employees a publix would have :)
Does not have enough scooters for people who are REALLY in need. could post a picture of a complete jerk riding around in one, but I'll refrain
Just like what I remembered before I moved, nothing like Publix in Co. Someone in corporate make it happen, take the Publix quality & customer svc there & take over.
Customer service has gone down hill. Product selection is shrinking. Employee morale is obviously low.
Why are the deli workers so unable to read an online order ticket for a sub!? I ordered a Publix Chicken Tender Sub and I chose TWO options they did NOT do! I asked for Ranch Dressing and for the Chicken Tenders to be tossed in Buffalo Sauce. Was it done!? ABSOLUTELY NOT! This isn't the first time recently I've had a problem with my sandwiches being incorrectly made. I don't care about compensation just train your people better!
The associates(workers) are extremely helpful in my search for great BOGOs and their warmth and willingness to help us when we are shopping is a GREAT thing. BRAVO to this store. I have shopped in the location for 10 years and Roy Rogers ran this store BEAUTIFULLY. Wherever he was sent to are VERY fortunate to have such a really GREAT store manager. Thanks PUBLIX for being a great store to shop in.
