RecommendedI love Publix. Shop there all the time. However you have made a change in the packaging of your pizza dough that is not good. Because the dough is now folded over into fourths it sticks to itself and I find that the dough rips and some remains on the paper. Please go back to folding it in half. This is what my dough looks like and here is the paper

Shout out to my Publix for finding me the two last containers of fresh strawberries in Charlotte county at 9:00pm the night before Easter! Two of the managerial team (Jay and Greg) found what was the last ones they had in the back and brought them to me as I was sadly standing in the check out line with my bag of frozen berries! Thank you Publix!!
Employees are helpful and courteous. Selection is very good. Top grocery store. The manager, Jay, is simply the best ever !! The only drawback is and every grocery store does this is the deli needs to limit taste tasting. Spend too much time waiting while people have to taste everything they buy.
I was contacted shortly after expressing a strong desire to be able to purchase verified non gmo poultry at this location. I was treated with respect and courtesy by the meat department manager and am very relieved he was able to get those products back into the set. I buy a TON of chicken every week, and I want the best. Thank You- Corey. I know how difficult it can be to balance company direction with customer needs... you truly make a difference.
I love the Publix at Peachland Boulevard! Jay Roughton runs the BEST PUBLIX I have ever shopped in! I love Carl and Laurel in the pharmacy----always there when I need answers! The floral girl always goes the extra mile to make sure her flowers are the freshest! The bakery makes amazing cakes! Mr. Peterson in the meat department always makes sure I get a good cut when I'm entertaining! Great leadership and awesome staff! One of a kind!
Sarah Short in your bakery department makes the best cakes. She really goes out of her way to please the customer and I must say she is very talented as well.
