Best experience ever! I was told a wrong price for an item over the phone and the Assistant store manager John honored the price I was told!!! And Vicky and customer service was absolutely amazing!!! Very nice and kind in dealing with the situation!!!!!!!! Definitely an A+ store
Just waited 20 minutes for a sub sandwich and I was the only person in line... Not only did the lady make my sub wrong after I attempted to correct her 3 different times but the sub is a nasty looking sloppy mess and the outside bag is covered in food waste. I won't be coming back to this Publix
My name is Eric and I shopped at Publix since I was a little kid here Florida Ocala Florida and when this store opened up it was closest to my house and is easier to get to and the people are great. Publix have great customer service. I had A problem they fixed it immediately and if anybody has A problem it will be fixed and in a courteous way thank you have a great day.
International flavor as my son, John works there and can assist you in 7 foreign languages! Way to go!!
