I never had a problem ordering cakes from this location. But, I was very upset that Saturday 10/14/17. We went to pick my sons cake at Noon, like we already had schedule since the party was going to be at 2. And when asked for the cake they told us it wouldn’t be ready till 2. Someone on their end decided to cross the Noon and wrote 2pm. Is very upsetting not to have the birthday cake my 7 year old wanted for his party. NEVER AGAIN! I just wanted to commend Publix for an amazing job during the craziness of Irma. A ton of extra work went on and throughout the madness of it all, every employee stayed calm and friendly. Even when you'd see the exhaustion on their faces, they smiled, were polite. I'm glad to have Publix & feel they did an outstanding job trying to help us all prepare. Normally I have no problems but waited in line for 20 mins at the deli to get a sub to be told there was no white bread no mayo and no roastbeef to make a Boarshead ultimate so I left that's just ridiculous and the man that was ahead of me waited to and decided to leave as well

Publix is awesome! A couple weeks ago a teenage boy came in with his dad in the middle of a rainstorm. They were both kind of soaked while they were going up and down the isles. A Publix employee came over with one of his own personal dry T-shirts and gave it to the boy to wear so he wasn't so cold. It just warmed my heart. That was at the publix in park view commons plaza. I think the employee's name was Zack.
