Today I was leaving Publix and it was pouring. I did not have an umbrella and an older gentlemen who worked there went in and got an umbrella so he could walk me to my car!! I just wanted to say thank you!! I love my store!!
I ran into Publix just to grab a few items, then was instantly distracted by what to have for dinner. I thought about that great rolled flank steak & headed over to meat counter only to discover there were none. Deciding I'd just find something else, I started to walk away before Taylor asked if he could help. Told him what I was looking for & he said if I could wait 15 minutes he'd go make me one. The store was nice, well stocked, and the employees were pleasant, but the prices! Almost everything we bought was 50 cents to a dollar or more higher in price than our Kroger in Dallas. After talking to some locals, for better prices, I should have gone to the Walmart grocery down the road.
