Picked up the BEST custom cake yesterday at Publix at Paradise Key, Destin, FL. strawberry flavored cake with fresh strawberries in glaze between the 4 layers, pink whipped frosting, birthday decorated. Fine textured cake, DELISH! 😋 I would post a photo, but option not available.
Always satisfying to shop at Paradise Key. Fresh produce and the best seafood salad in the seafood market.
We had a destination wedding last September, and they did an absolutely amazing job with the wedding cake! They were a dream to work with in being 1900 miles away! Everyone loved the flavors of the cake. I highly recommend them!

Very unfriendly staff. Especially Edna in the bakery & Dianne in customer service. Very disappointing, especially coming from Publix where they normally pride themselves on excellent customer service. I highly recommend more customer service training for your employees. Email has been written to the company as well.
This is a really great place to food shop and other. The shopping around Publix is also great.
The seafood wasn’t set up at 8:30am. I’m hoping this was an isolated incident. Seafood dept. should be ready to go when the doors open.
During our visit in Destin, we visited Publix several times. The store was always super clean, well stocked and everyone was friendly. Managers were present on the floor as well as other staff. Everyone offered to help and when a customer (including myself) needing a location of an item, the staff member always knew where to go. Being from Texas, I am an HEB gir at heart and its hard to beat that supermarket experience. That being said I was super impressed with this Publix.
