I don't know if she would travel so far, but in Hueytown, McCalla, and Tuscaloosa there is a woman who seems to know where cameras are or where they are not working inside of PUBLIX stores. I didn't receive even fair customer service, when trying to get prescriptions changed from CVS to Publix. I love my Alabaster Publix ( maybe my standards are too high )!!!

Jeanine in the deli apparently thought it was more important to talk about something that happened with her mother and daughter for at least a minute and a half (while literally standing right in front of us). Then turned to look at us while we were standing there patiently waiting to ask for some potato wedges like we were a burden. Isn't shopping here supposed to be a pleasure?
