I always receive excellent customer service at this Publix. The staff is top notch. They always go out of their way to assist me. My only wish is that they had a better meat selection.
Properly staffed deli for the lunch rush hour. When the lunch rush is gone and people are still standing around waiting to be helped they always seem to be out of whatever it is you want. The deli definitely needs help. I hope and pray that another store comes to Nocatee to provide competition. I know this is falling on deaf ears as ill go in next week and more than likely run into the same problem.

I went into the dairy department looking milk which I found. the bad thing is there was 6 half gallons of milk out of date which really nobody was concerned about there when I brought it to the managers attention. not very good customer service if you me!!!

I guess at this publix it is ok for the cart boy to ram the carts into vehichles and just roll on out!!!!!! Hired help. I guess its hard to get
We have shopped there about 6 times and always good..we love the cleanliness, in stock & friendly workers :)))
The checkout experience is terrible. For such a large store and to only have two checkout lines open is ridiculous. Everytime I go there, it's the same issue. They need a lesson from The palm valley store. Get it together!
