I had the worst experience today in our store and am very disappointed. I have never had a bad experience until today. No one knows where the products and been moved and are quick to say you are just out. No one even offered to look for me. As well as no one offered to help me out and with 2 kids I always like the help.
My favorite Publix!! Always so nice and clean and convinient. Thank you!
Outstanding service at Publix today! Henry went above and beyond, there were only regular shopping carts when when my son and I entered the store. As I was shopping my son no longer wanted to sit in the cart and Henry saw us and found the kid shopping with the steering wheel (my sons favorite) brought it back to me as I'm shopping along with a balloon! Additionally when I was done and waiting in a line several people deep Gwen opened an additional lane! ���
What's it going to take for the pharmacy to auto refill my prescriptions that I've requested it 3 times already �. I'm going to Walgreens as they can get it right the first time. Shopping is NOT a pleasure here.
Not a great experience today. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a hoagie, with only 1 person ahead of me. The staff in the deli was not energized nor looking to help customers. After giving my order very clearly in the beginning, i was still asked several times what I wanted. No provolone was pre cut, and it was not offered. I have had no problems at this store, friendly staff, decent selection. My one big complaint is the lack of a salad bar. Pre-made salads don't do it for me and I frequently go to Fresh Market or Sawgrass just to be able to have access to a Salad Bar. Having just moved to this area from Virginia I have been surprised at the lack of this convenience as it is available in just about every large supermarket in that area and I frequently used them for lunch or even to pick up ingredients for other things I was making so I could h... read more
Ordered sandwiches online for pick up before lunch rush. Went to where it said " pick up online orders." I was totally ignored by 4-5 staff. I moved to deli area...was the only person at "place order." Again, could not get anyone's attention. Said "excuse me" to 3 people. Ignored. Finally yelled , "anyone working here?" A woman turned, went to the sink to wash her hands and finally came over. I asked about a sandwich tray order and she pointed across the way to catering booth. No words, no greeting.
