While at Publix yesterday, I saw they had the small hand sanitizer in. They had had the larger ones earlier but were completely out of those and almost out of the small ones. A young man that has checked me out at the register many times walked up to the display and commented that he was sorry they didn't get more sanitizer in. He had his apron in his hands (as getting ready to leave for the day) and reached up and got one of the small bottles. Thank you for being open, clean, and friendly! The workers were so nice and stocking as quickly as they could.
Kudos to Publix for being the only store out there with an employee standing at the door ready to help people clean carts before they enter. Thanks for looking out for your patrons during this trying time (also only store with red meat today!)
It's convenient with friendly staff. But the bread I bought Wednesday is moldy two days later, and nobody will answer the phone.
Today Brandon went out of his way to help me find something! I love this store (even if they did re-arrange it while I was gone!)

Why do I love our Publix? Because a week ago, I went out late to pick up some things... and somewhere between home and the store (1/2-mile away) I lost my checkbook. They looked, we looked... no avail. But Sunday afternoon, there came a knock on our front door, and there, standing on the porch, was a young woman from our Publix. Holding my checkbook.
