I always feel welcome here. Employees are very friendly and efficient. The produce is always fresh and the bakery goods are awesome! I shop at the Publix Mauldin Square.
Ordered a cake for pick up several days in advance. Went to pick it up and it never even got made. They didn't offer a discount, refund, or even an apology.
There are a few minor complaints I have with Publix, given that it is my store of choice. They do not offer sugar free ice cream chocolate / caramel syrup or an abundance of other sugar free products. They also do not carry Tillamook yogurt but carry many others that are very similar in style and kind. I give Publix 5 stars because of service, cleanliness, and product variety.
