Absolutely love Publix! The employees are very friendly, the store is cleaner than any store we have been in, and they make you feel very welcome.
I love your store, however your manager is way too pushy. I do not want someone helping me load my groceries on the belt, or helping me to my car. Your cashiers ALWAYS offer, and are respectful when I politely decline. The manager stalks me to my car, and is insistent on helping even when I have said no. This makes me very uncomfortable. Today he yelled at the bagger for not helping me, when all she was doing was respecting my wishes, and he made her come back out to my car. He is out of line, and this needs to stop. Every time we have had an issue the manager is rude and disrespectful. The customer service/cashier people have always been kind. The bakery people need to double check their work as my daughters cake said "happy birthda ..." Overall Publix is great at taking coupons, but overpriced groceries with mediocre service. As I have heard before you either love or hate the place and I really don't care one way or another: it's a store that takes my money and I leave with groceries
