We drive from Northwest Clarksville to get some groceries here. It is worth our time and our money; they carry many of the products and produce we need in our Boricua cuisine. The staff here, from the bakery, produce, deli, pharmacy, cashiers, baggers, customer service is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and friendly. We've been to a couple Publix Super Markets here in Clarksville and in other states, but this Publix Super Market is by far the best one we've shopped in. Y’all. I’m kid free for a little so of course I had to go to my favorite place on earth. Literally everybody was so nice, I went in there not even knowing what I wanted, a man in the meat department helped me find some cut of meat that I didn’t even know how to explain and showed me the ones on sale 🤗 and then when I checked out Jeremiah helped me out to my car and we had a nice chat. We love Publix! Everyone is so friendly. Since they have came to Clarksville we don’t shop anywhere else.
I just want to shout out the bakery real quick. I ordered the floral design best wishes cake for my daughters birthday. I changed the color scheme around and ordered whipped topping. It looked fantastic and tasted great. Everyone was asking where I got the cake. Also everyone is just super friendly and accommodating here. Great store. Love shopping here.
I just had a wonderful interaction at your location !The employees that assisted me were wonderful and the young gentleman that “insisted” he help me to my car was engaging and very polite! The food choices are great and I will definitely be back!
I would like to thank the Madison Street Publix Clarksville, Tenn. For all your donations of toys. My granddaughter received many of the toys your store donated to our community. We feel very blessed
Saturday, 12/23. It was so busy that people were standing in line waiting for shopping carts to return, and the shelves were constantly being stocked. At one point I saw seven employees in produce (two of whom were managers) working hard to keep things stocked ahead of the mob. And every employee I talked to still had on a big smile and were extremely pleasant and helpful. Every checkout lane open, too. Job well done, ladies and gentlemen.
