I love this store! But the phones aren't working & I've been trying to call for hours to find out if you stock nutritional yeast!! All the staff say is " I can't hear you the phone line is buzzing" like its. New thing lol I wonder if anyone has actually told a manager about the phone issues???
I just pulled a rather long black hair out of my lobster bisque soup after eating half way. I have a picture if you like. PLEASE tell the deli workers to be more careful. I've bought soup from there many times and this is my first ever problem .
Worse Publix ever -- horrible customer service. The deli, cashiers, baggers .. Always mad and complaining about their jobs. Never move, friendly, or there to help you out. The Pharmacy is no better. Shame on you Sandy for your poor customer service. Maybe you should try a different industry if you don't like your job.
The employees here are so incredibly friendly! Every single person has a smile on their face no matter what department you're in. The store is always impeccable and the lines are never too long. Shopping here really is a pleasure for me even though I hate to go grocery shopping. Thank you to all of you!
I've been shopping here for three years and consistently receive outstanding service. Staff and management alike are helpful, friendly, and supportive. The food is fresh and regardless of what department whether it be meat, produce, or bakery, I receive service with a smile. On the rare occasion there is an issue, it is handled immediately. I am proud to call Publix my home store.
Although, I wish Publix would train its employees to say Thank You to the customer. I get so tired of handing them money, they hand me a little slip of paper ("There ya go") and I am the one to say Thank You. It seems to be epidemic in retail.
