BOYCOT THIS PUBLIX!! They are NOT adhering to or enforcing the Orange County mandate of wearing face coverings. They do not care about the safety of their customers or employees!! A customer walked into the store without a mask on, and he ignored my request that he put one on. Was at the Deli this morning. the the people there were busy talking about their personal issues. It's 7:30 am the store is empty and I couldn't get cold cuts. They were so disrespectful just yapping away like if I wasn't there, all of this happening in front of me. So much for customer service. Unbelievable, to go to Publix and your not allowed to get what you drive there for. Had to leave!

Great team. Friendly and engaging
okay I have rode my Segway into Publix before for my prescriptions but this is the first time a leader addressed it. Segway is a mobility aid and I thought the manager was aggressive by the way he approached and addressed me. I have autism and thought this was poor. I should take my prescriptions back to Walgreens or somewhere Segway friendly and autism friendly. i didn't hurt anyone but felt hurt by the unequal approach and aggression of the manager when i did this two weeks ago.
Best pharmacy personnel. Caring and friendly. Hated to leave them when I moved. The picture is from the front of my new Publix in New Bern, North Carolina.
The store is great, but the folks at the Pharmacy seem disorganized, over worked and short staffed. The last three or four interactions with staff have ben less than pleasurable.
Publix Supermarkets has a great opportunity to take a lead on a huge environmental issue, the use of plastic bags, that is being addressed throughout Europe and which has been the focus of a huge campaign by #SkyTV but alas despite requests Publix has shown no appetite to change. The words that greet you at the checkout are “Is plastic ok?” This has to change. I always insist on paper if I don’t have one of my reusable bags with me.
