Always great selection of groceries from meat to produce and more. And now they carry Sahlen's Hot Dogs which my hubby, @[1597974504:Lorne Carey], is extremely happy about (he's a Buffalo native).
Visited this location between appointments yesterday. There were only two registers open so I had to wait in line over 10 minutes. When it was finally my turn I excused myself and said I was in a hurry because the wait had made me late for an appointment. The cashier did not acknowledge me nor my husband and never apologized for the wait. The bagger's response? "well, you shouldn't have need shopping then." There are better ways to handle an unhappy customer. It's my first and last time at this location.
I am so darn mad at this location right now! I ordered a birthday cake yesterday for it to be ready around noon today and they said it would be no problem. They lost the order or something and the cake was not made. They didn't even offer anything to make up for such a big inconvenience. I will not do any more business with this location!
By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any grocery store. Was ignored by the 6 employees behind the deli/sub counter as I patiently waited to be helped. After an overly long wait and watching said 6 employees float around as they continued to ignore me. I then watched as one employee helped a coworker,who was actually in line behind me and proceed to make his meal right in front of me. We recently had some issues with our insurance and needed the assistance of the pharmacy. In a time span of 24 hours I called them several times and was at the pharmacy several times. Every single pharmacy tech I dealt with or should I say dealt with me, was kind, courteous and so so helpful. I am so grateful for their professionalism!!! Thank you! It meant so much to me that I was able to get my children's medical needs met with such ease.
