I tried the pulled pork from the deli. It was dried out so much it was not fit to eat. I will not recommend it to anyone
I visited Publix and was taken away watching Becky at the customer service desk multi-task. I know it sounds corny but people don't do it anymore, customers wait because the employee is hourly. Not Becky, she worked with the efficiency of a corporate office and the courtesy expected in excellent customer service. I couldn't help being reminded of how much is accomplished with no slight to courtesy, or the delivery of warmth when making the most use of time. I love shopping at this Publix When I visit Lake City the food & meats and bakery items are always so fresh . always lots of cashiers so you don't end up standing in line for a long time
I love shopping at Publix. Today my little girls balloon got away and she was crying inconsolably. An awesome young man named DJ saw her crying and ran inside to grab her another one. Anyone who has had a 4 year old lose a balloon knows how much of a crisis this young man averted! Thanks DJ!
Publix is my go-to. I loathe Wal-Mart and wasn't impressed with Aldi, but going to Publix is never a dread. I know some folks complain because the prices can sometimes be higher on certain items. Personally, I don't mind paying a little more to shop in a store that is clean and well-stocked with friendly employees! The few pennies' difference is more than worth it.
