I have never felt so uncomfortable in a Publix. absolutely zero attention to social distancing. Management engaging long conversations with guests that were not wearing masks. No one talking to guests as they enter about social distancing or masks. 50 percent of the people did not have on masks. I am so appalled at how Publix is managing this location. I frequent Publix often and have never seen such a lack of care or concern for the Publics safety.
RecommendedI am legally blind. I see from the bottom left quadrant of my left eye. I've been this way over 25 years, after I awoke from a closed head injury. I get around like somebody with full vision, and my claims confuse the average lay person. be that, as it may, whenever I request a shoppers assistant, these folks never hesitate or question my vision impairment. THAT means a lot! TY Publix <3

clean, well organized. produce are always fresh as well as their meat section. employees are very courteous and helpful.
This store cannot seem to order paper products! While stores in gainesville have full shelves... Ridiculous!!! When you ask a manager its an excuse after excuse!!
I just got back from Publix. I never had to get out of my vehicle! I used the Publix Delivery app, selected my items, and paid for them online. I received text messages along the way, as the employee pulled my items. When they said my order was ready (1.25 hours before pickup time), I drove to the store, parked in the pickup spot, called them, and they brought my order and put it into my vehicle. I never was out of my vehicle from the time I left home until I returned home. Thanks, Publix!

I don't recommend people shop Publix online! Apparently they can't keep up. My daughter ordered $70.00 worth of groceries on Publix.com a little while ago. When she went to pick it up, they didn't have her order, but they charged her card. They told her it was an instacart issue and they could'nt do anything about it. She's out over $70.00 and has no groceries. She called instacart and the wait time is over an hour. If they can't handle the business, they shouldn't be taking your money.
