Shout out to the employees and management of Publix with helping all of us in Central Florida prepare for Irma. They made sure to restock water and bread as often as they could. They also had all of the checkout lines open to make it easier to make our purchases. Thank you Publix!!
I ordered a sub that was supposed to be done at 6:50pm and it was done at 7:05pm. I go up to the customer service at 7pm asking and they call the deli for them to make it. I go back to pick it up and the lady gives me attitude stating "it was only supposed to be done 6minutes ago" with an eye-roll. Don't you mean 15minutes ago? Thanks for the awful customer service. Will never come back.
I want to say I really like how Publix hires people with developmental disabilities. I had a very kind cashier today Gladys, and my bag boy was Arthur. She was so patient helping him bag the groceries that I was reminded to be more patient in my own life. What a blessing to see them both today. Arthur was smiling the whole way to my car and was a joy. Thank you Publix for giving people a reason to return to your store...it's a human connection.
Thanks Kerri (bakery) for helping me through the register and made sure our daughter's first birthday cake was safely placed in the car! Very much appreciate the gesture!
The best Publix I have been to. And I have been to quite a few! The associates truly make shopping there a pleasure!
