I am a Black customer who has experienced repeated discriminatory treatment at the Hunter Creek Publix location through profiling, selective enforcement of rules, and unequal treatment compared to other patrons. Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this location. I observed what appeared to be unequal and discriminatory treatment in the dining area. On multiple occasions, young Black customers were told they could only sit and eat for a limited time and were asked to leave, while other customers were allowed to remain seated and eat without interruption for significantly longer periods.
