This store SUCKS. 51 minute wait at deli counter. Left my spot to go to customer service to ask them to send help. One girl Lori busting her ass by herself with more than 20 people in line. Red head never sent anyone back to help her. I called from my cell phone and told them they needed to send help, no one showed up. This is my USUAL deli experience. I love my Publix Store. The customer service here is outstanding. Everyone I encounter always says hello or asks if they can help if I look lost. Today I was looking for a rolling pin and couldn't find one in any of the "must be in" aisles. Ran into a Manager A.J. and some of his team and they were able to look it up on an app and tell me were they were in the store. Then A.J. walked me there himself to ensure I would find it. I love "my" Publix. It's always clean and organized. The people are always very friendly. They have almost everything I need My only complaint os they keep moving things around. Stop that! LOL.
Publix is wonderful, but honestly I'm leaving this review to say stop leaving carts in parking spaces, it is lazy and rude. Peace out
