We have asked them twice about enforcing mask wearing in the store. We go at 7:00 AM to avoid many people. They say that they are too afraid to enforce protection for everyone including their employees. I am very disappointed in Publix for not doing their part to combat this virus and keep people safe. Their customers and employees deserve better. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Just got back from Pubix in Holly Hill. Always great service and people there. As we are in the middle of the coronavirus situation, many things have been completely sold out (that is expected) in a very short amount of time. ALL customers should be fully aware things may be out or very low during this time. I witnessed 2 "customers" (1 in the soda aisle and 1 in the back by the sushi counter/milk area) that had no right to berate 2 different employees about not having what they were looking for. Awful Pharmacy. Pharmacist didn’t even care there was a mixup on their end and Ty I could have had more help from a wet 🧻 toilet paper roll . They don’t care about their clients and are fine doing a half way job . Zero customer service.
it's really bad that Publix has disrespected their patrons who live on gluten free food. My husband has depended on a Gluten free diet due to allergies. Now Publix has taken that away. Yet they lie on their website and say that it's still available in Aisle #13. Shame on the management. I guess it's time to shop #walmart.
