Hands down the best Publix around. Chris Palmer and his staff are amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I actually pass another Publix because the shopping at Highland City is truly such a pleasure. Always on point!!!!!!

Been in this area of Lakeland a short time. I went to Publix at 540A and I had never been in such a friendly helpful Publix, but the store is small, so I started going to the Highlands City Publix 3 of the few people times I've been there the bag person has been NO help.I have a hurt arm and could use the help out. Today the girl asked if I needed help with the groceries, I said yes and she acted surprised and openly smirked at the cashier. I was humiliated and embarassed. I'm not sure I'll be back. I go to this Publix about 3 to 4 times a week and everyone is always so nice and helpful. The store is always clean and I always find what I need. I hope all the employees know how much I appreciate their business.
