I am a Grove Park Publix refugee and the Highland City Publix employees have been taking very good care of me while I anxiously await the reopening of my store. Last night, Barb at the customer service counter was a Godsend. After an already trying day, I locked my keys in my car and then my phone died while I was trying to arrange for someone to assist me. I do not recommend Highlands city Publix meat department. I’m at the point where I’m gonna shop someplace else. If you ask for something either their equipment is clean and they don’t want to mess it up or you get attitude if they do it. This is not the first time I’ve complained about this same issue. It happens all the time. I never have a problem with any other Publix around here..
Friendly and helpful! I was in today and I cannot pick up bottles of water because of surgery and Matt happen to come down the aisle and I ask him if he could load them for me and he was so pleasant and kind!
I purchased a cake for my moms celebration of life, it was beautiful. Everyone told me how beautiful it was and said it was delicious.
Visited this location today. I was having trouble finding Xantham Gum for a recipe. One of your employees, Jeanne, was in my aisle, saw my confused look, and asked how I was doing. I asked her if she knew where this product was. She wasn’t familiar with this product, so instead of leaving me at that point, she looked the product up, saw who the manufacturer was and went to the section in the store that carried this brand of food.
