I have just heard from a reliable source that there is problem with roaches..... hopefully this is being addressed!
Customer Service at the desk is great and deli. I ordered a cake and picked it up this morning but had a hard time getting anyone's attention. had to say excuse me 3 times. one guy looked right at me and didn't say anything and walked away. I will continue to order cakes anyhow . They do a beautiful job. can you but a bell on the counter ?
I love the Heron Creek Publix! Deli, Bakery, Pharmacy, and Customer Service Staff are all so friendly and helpful. They remember my family and I and are so warm and kind to my toddler son. The managers were greeting everyone and giving them $5 gift cards today for Christmas! I �my Publix.
