Deli , service was horrible for the second time in a row
I'm no longer living in the state of Florida. When I visit my family one of my stops has to be 2 Publix so I can get a sub and Publix sweet tea!!!
Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake the other day. Husband picked it up today for her sleepover...so not good. Wrong frosting (specifically asked for whipped topping icing because regular frost is too sweet), and the cake looked like what could possibly be an actual unicorn bowel movement. It was too late to do anything. Tried serving it to the kids...one kid was willing to eat it. That was a $30 piece of cake. Nice

When entering the store there were no wipes to wipe off the carts or the hand baskets I asked two different employees about the wipes one went to go look back behind the customer service area came back and said no they didn't have any . And said they'd get a truck tonight . then I asked if they could not get some off the shelf and let the manager know it was used for store use for customers and they said no ! bad customer service Publix.
