The cake I have been getting have been very disappointing. It looks rushed and no attention to detail.
Poor service. No one knows what they are doing. Rude slow service. Not the typical Publix where everyone usually speaks snd tries to help.
RecommendedPrompt delivery service, and I received everything I ordered. Messages as to who was shopping for me and when it would arrive. Good job!

We have been shopping at this Publix off and on for the last 2 years. They are always super helpful and extremely nice. Today I had an issue with the sales not ringing up correctly and did not realize it until I had already left and received my electronic receipt. All I had to do was come back by and show them my receipt and they fixed everything. They were wonderful throughout the whole issue! Definitely a great place to shop!
I bought a round of Camembert cheese and it was ruined and made me sick it was completely within date too I am very disappointed 😔
The bakery team did an excellent job on our cakes. This was our 3rd time to use them and they never disappoint! Thanks !

The prices that are advertised and the prices that ring up are not the same. I have been over charged two weeks in a row. Customer service acts like they are so bothered when they are clearly in the wrong. I will only be going to this Publix as a last resort.
