My cashier, Irelle, never greeted me. She was texting after she rang up all the items. Then, she walked away laughing. I called to her and asked her where she was going and she yelled to another female to take my payment. She never returned. I do not expect this kind of poor customer service from Publix. Very sad.
Always on point. I love the fact they do what I ask when it comes down to my daughter cakes. I will go to anyone else. Great place to shop to friendly staff.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Publix. They were more excited about not making me a sub than helping me with dinner. You ruined not only my dinner but both of the people I came with. We drove to the next nearest Publix down the road. I will never go to this place and I will let everyone know of my experience here. This was the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed and walked out empty handed. Just a bunch of lazy ladies in the bakery and deli.
I love Publix all the stores I visit they all all the same...Clean, Polite, Respectful, always smile and greeting the customers.... I'm sorry Publix for buy all your San Sebastian wine from your stores in Newman, Ga and Perry, Georgia lol.. yesterday 11/30/17
loved them and their sushi never have trouble always nice and if need something they will go above and beyond to help
Customer service department was rude. Really don’t like this location. Every time I go here I have a bad experience. Guess I’ll go to the other location at Stillwood if I want decent service or functional deli.
