RecommendedI bought a few pounds of catfish yesterday for my sisters bday. I/we were very disappointed. It definitely wasn't fresh. Besides that I shop at Publix often & have no complaints.
The store is ok. The Bakery is horrible. my butter cream frosting cake is the consistency of whipped frosting.🤮

I’ve got to give praise to Publix, especially the one I come to all the time. They have been doing an amazing job of keeping things stocked on shelves as much as possible, sanitizing the register and making sure they keep carts and baskets clean, and also having a positive attitude during this whole pandemic. There’s a reason why this is my favorite Publix 🥰
Called in an order yesterday for my daughter’s birthday cake. Ms Michelle took my order. Said it would be ready today between 430 and 5. They lost my order. Lady behind the counter couldn’t find my order and offered nothing to compensate for their error. I asked if she could make the whipped frosting so I can at least make a cake. Nope. So now I go home and explain to my daughter she has no birthday cake.
I needed a cake I could add dinosaurs to at the last minute for my 4 year old grandsons birthday party! Sandra saw me looking at the pre made cakes trying to pick out one with color I could work with his dinosaur themed party! She could see I was very upset trying to salvage a small family party since the threat of CoVID 19 canceled his birthday party with friends! Best store ever. stopped in for fried chicken. Always the best chicken.
The deli can not make their sandwiches. we asked for the falcons sub since we saw it back on the menu. Not only could they not make they sandwich because they didnt know how to make. They also didnt have all the ingredients for it either. I do not recommend this deli at all. This is not the first incident I have had with them.
Manager got loud shouting at me about signing a WIC voucher before ringing anything up
