Ordered for pickup online to be ready at 1:15pm today. No one is in line really at deli about 2 people. Order is not ready. Very sad as I love Publix but the deli at this one is not good. 2 employees in deli know we are waiting for the online order and everyone is supposedly working on it. If you offer a service to your customers please live up to the service that was advertised or don’t even offer it. Shopping was definitely not a pleasure today.
If I come in here one more time for a 1/4 pound of turkey ordered online 30 minutes ago and it isn't ready, I'm not sure what I'd do but this crap is getting really aggravating.

OMG!! Just had the BEST Publix prepared meal of Chicken Breasts, stuffed with Feta Cheese and Spinach! Soooo easy, just bake and eat! Delicious! 😋💜😋
great people love to shop there, but went to pharmacy to get this year's flu shoot both me and my wife got ill, i don't know if it's because we get the boosted shoot for over 65, all i know is we both had a fever and and have been feeling tired and weak

Waited for 45 minutes (supposed to be 10) for chicken tenders then the worker had forgotten me so had another employee bag then up. I didn't even find out until I got home that they were burnt all through the chicken. The layout forces you down less traveled aisles like the candy aisle. I'm guessing to boost sales... Everytime I go in to this Publix the employees all seem like they are to busy gossiping to do their jobs. I have had it with the South DeLand Publix!
